Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise 64 Bit Iso Download

I need an install for Windows Server Enterprise 2008 32bit. I am taking over a contract and the previous techs did not setup the licensing site to download the software. When I go to the licensing site to setup the account and retrive our software it is asking for a license number and authorization number. I called microsoft and they are asking for the same. I called the vendor we purchased the software and licensing and they cannot track down the transaction. What I have is the product key and have confirmed with Microsoft this key can be used for both 64bit and 32 bit. All I need is the Windows Enterprise 2008 32 bit install CD or iso.
