Hi Mark, Sorry to hear about your troubles. I'll be happy to help!
Can you please provide me with your full system specs and operating system? Make sure you have the latest updates. You can download them if you haven't gotten them already. Does this happen with any other plugins or inside of any other DAWs? Additionally, make sure you're using the correct bit-depth for your software.
In other words, if you try to launch a 32-bit instance of this plugin within a 64-bit version of Cubase, this can cause the software to crash, as well. Hi Mark,Sorry to hear about your troubles. Thanks for the additional information. Okay, if Vocalizer Pro is crashing both of your host DAWs, this tells us the issue is with the software itself. I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the software again. When performing the uninstallation, try running as well.
This will make sure your computer is completely clean. If the software continues to crash after this, move Vocalizer Pro out of your plugin folder, scan your plugins again, then add Vocalizer Pro back to the plugin folder and re-scan.

I followed those steps above and it still crashes the host when I try to load a chord map. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Here's the steps I'm taking: Launch Cubase Create Audio track Create MIDI track Drag audio file to the Audio track Insert Vocalizer Pro on the Audio track Route the MIDI Output to Vocalizer Pro Click Load Chord Map Folder icon Choose Chord Maps folder in the window that opens Select a.smp file and click Open Cubase crashes Is there something I missed? Same thing happens if I click the Map button before clicking the Load Chord Map button.

Having exactly the same issue in REAPER 5.311 (x64) or Live 9 Lite 9.7.1 (x64), Windows 7 Pro SP1 x64, VocalizerPro v1.3 (64-bit VST version) - bought from Plugin Boutique couple of days ago (to replace TAL-Vocoder II). Also, without load or save chord pads, when you change anything in chord pads section, then save the project (REAPER), the project is corrupted! Have contacted 'Support request' yesterday (9-Jan-2017) from SONiVOX website, with proof of purchase (invoice) in attachment, waiting for reply.
Well guys, it seems we have been abandoned and they are still trying to unload as many copies of this as they can through bargain basement sales on every plugin site known to man. I for one am going to start leaving negative reviews on all of these sites to warn other prospective customers of the poor product support exhibited by this company.
